2. Overview

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to operate this website, respond to your enquiries and provide our services, or where you have given your consent. This privacy policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cypriot data protection law.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser and operating system. We need this data to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is deleted after 90 days. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

4. Contact form, email and telephone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the information you provide (for example your name, email address, telephone number and message) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Cookies and consent

We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website. We only set all other cookies and tracking technologies with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We manage your consent with Complianz. You can withdraw or change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the website.

6. Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics records how visitors use the website, for example pages viewed, time spent on the site, device and approximate location. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 uses the IP addresses of users in the EU only to derive their approximate location, deletes them immediately afterwards and neither logs nor stores them (Google Help: EU-focused data and privacy). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. The data is deleted after 14 months.

7. Fonts

The fonts used on this website (Lato and Roboto) are stored locally on our server. No connection is made to servers operated by Google or other providers.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, simply contact info@digital-targets.com.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live. The authority responsible for us is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Iasonos 1, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus, www.dataprotection.gov.cy.

We update this privacy policy whenever our website or the legal requirements change. The current version on this page applies.
